VADIO Terms of Service

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a harmful or unlawful manner.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. VADIO is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Singapore.
