Intuitive eating in Santa Barbara! Here is everything I ate during my visit, with no dieting and no restrictions in mind. I just ate what sounded good, honored my cravings and made memories...which is what everyone should prioritize! Your wellness is just as much about your mental health as it is physical.
I hope this video inspires someone to let go of any food rules and just live their day care free.
