feel like I've come so far from my past issues with orthorexia and restriction, food freedom is really so... freeing. I filmed this as a reflection of how comfortable I now feel when eating my old fear foods, and if you struggle with food guilt and anxiety- please know it gets better and you deserve to enjoy ALL foods guilt free!
the healthiest thing you can do is feel at ease with your body and relationship with food. It's HEALTHIER to enjoy all foods than to restrict yourself.
