Have you ever thought to yourself "I need to cut out sugar" "I need to stop eating processed foods" "I can't eat carbs..." and tried following a "diet" that left you feeling frustrated, anxious and guilty around food?
Well in this video, I wanted to show you why healthy does NOT mean restricting your favorite foods. Everything is about balance and moderation. In this video I give you a glimpse into my life after recovering from orthorexia (which is an eating disorder that made me think those exact same 3 thoughts that I mentioned before), and how I've found balance through intuitive eating and 80/20 mindfulness.
